As long as there have been people having sex, there have been STDs. People have been having lots of sex for a very long time, it's not just a "now" thing. Actually, STDs are generally less of a problem now than they used to be because of advances in the field of pharmaceutical medicine and general public awareness. ANYWAY, Sex is not overrated, it's just overemphasized.

Not necessarily. It depends on what kind of sex you are having. If it is just random meaningless sex, then yeah. But if it is with someone you really love and care about then no, it's a beautiful thing. I will have to admit that it help to be satisfied. It took me forever to figure out what worked for me and let me tell you it is amazing. But it is not always about reaching the big O, sometimes just being with the one I love is enough.

i think sex is truly overrated. i lost my virginity a few months back, while i am 21 i dont regret the person that i gave it to ,but the act,you see, i havent had much pleasure at all from intercourse, i have only been with one person, so i am very careful about std's. i only wish more people my age were as well.

Not when it is me and my husband. The problem is too many people are sluts and sh*t and they sleep around with too many different people that is how the STD thing is becoming a huge problemâ¥
