i do! it was a great series about twins in an english girls boarding school set in the 1940s.. definitely worth reading!
enid blyton also wrote another series similar to this named 'malory towers' and also featured girls in an english boarding school with strict rules and strict teachers.. as a result, they used to get up to 'naughty' things like having feasts at midnight (food was not allowed in the dorms), playing pranks on the teachers (fake spiders galore) and sneaking out to go to the circus.
in every book, it featured a girl who was hated by the rest of the girls and a goody-goody, who were eventually liked by the girls in the end.
these books were one of my favourites for childhood reading.

I by no ability beloved Noddy! I used to love the "Mr Galiano's Circus" sequence- "The Circus sequence (or trilogy) starts with Mr. Galliano's Circus, the place the protagonist is Jimmy Brown. the story revolves around Jimmy, his mom and dad, his dogs, fortunate and the others like Lotta, who artwork interior the Circus. Lotta is a small lady who rides horses.the different characters incorporate Lilliput, the guy with the monkeys; Stanley, the clown; Mr Tonks, the owner of Jumbo the Elephant; and Lotta’s mom and dad, Lal and Laddo. interior the 2nd e book Hurrah for the Circus and the third Circus Days lower back, Mr Galliano's in demand circus is getting extra desirable and extra advantageous each and all the time! Madame Prunella joins the coach together with her speaking parrots, and so do 3 new clowns, a performing seal and twelve zebras. yet each and every thing starts to flow incorrect while a clean ring-grasp arrives, and eventually Jimmy and Lotta, the circus little ones, settle on that something would desire to be completed." i'd somewhat like a remake of "The pink Panther", which properly became into the 1st programme I observed on shade television.
