She hardly eats and when me and her mom try and tell her she needs to she gets mad. After each "meal" she does sit ups. she says she just wants to be healthy and she thinks she fat. She has a two pack and she looks great how do i get that threw to her!!!! shes been my bff for ever, we hardly have problems..this is one.

Approach it by telling her you're worried about her. Which is true, you really are worried about her. If she has an eating disorder and nobody reaches out to help, it can lead her to serious health problems even death. Don't pretend like you don't know nor should you turn your back on the issue. Make sure that she knows that you'll stand by her side throughout the entire ordeal and that she's not alone.

Ok i have a friend just like that but after she eats she goes and makes her self Throw up. She always says she is full by eating half of sumthing but a couple of minutes later you can really hear her stompic. Well you really need to talk it out with her and if she wont listen tell her mom everything about it and that she needs to go see people or if it would make her fell better take pills anything to get a least a little fat around her bones.

Shes probably comparing herself to the celebrities, skinny models. If she has a 2 pack maybe she trying to get a 6 just because shes doing sit ups doesn't mean shes anorexic

If here mom also thinks that it's a problem, she should get her some counseling. She needs to get help now before she goes to extremes to be skinny.

sounds as if she is a bit obsessive with not only her diet but excercise as well. Sit down and have a chat with her. Ask her if everything is ok, and if there is anything you can do to help her out.

its hard to get through unfortunately she sees herself in a different way so she sees what she wants, try to help her by always saying she looks great, hope she believes you soon.
