Workahol is the substance that is released in your brain after working a series of 14 to 18-hour days. It's a strange substance that quells the nausea you would feel if you remembered that all your work and all the value you added to your company is going to be sucked up by a stock-dumping CEO who bails out right before the bankruptcy, and it also quells the cold, shaking terror you would feel if you realized that nobody cares a rat's *** about your 14 to 18-hour days and you're going to be out on the street next week.
Corporate officers LOVE workahol.

Workaholics have a natural drive to keep in motion; keep busy no matter what. Some workaholics even feel fear if they're doing nothing, much like anyone else with their personal phobias. But workaholics DO, for the most part, earn successes--a few even earn wealth, too.
And I've met a few workaholics who literally--and tragically--worked themselves to death.

Work. My Dad was one. He hated slowing down for any reason. He worked ALL THE TIME! Even when we went to clear off some property when I was young...I could not keep up with him. I'm a borderline workaholic. I prefer cleaning and keeping busy to anything.

She denied being a workaholic, stating "I haven't touched a drop of workahol". It made ME laugh; how about you.

It means, someone is obsessed with their job, first to arrive last to leave. Married to their career, does anything for the boss. loses interest in other things other than thier job.
