Steve Smith because he's more exciting to watch because of his speed and his crazy returns and yard after catch runs. As a person, Harrison is the nicer guy i guess and in terms of talent both are incredibly good.

I suppose your asking this for fantasy football. My guess if both players are still there, their are runningbacks or quarterbacks that should be picked before them. I like s. smith though.
