I took my ex to court once, she began lying about why my daughter wasn't there for pick-ups, late ofr school, checked out early. I found out(2004) she had moved her ex back into their home after he raped my ex. My child had to call 911 on one occasion after he knocked her momma out. In court I settled for a "Wake-up call". She moved to a poor section of B.R.. A year later she put one of her"Friends" out of the house and called the police because he had tried to lift our daughter's skirt. She's protecting her , right! On the 11th of this month my daughter goes to her mother( after i'd been talking to my child's counselors and taken her to the doctor because the "Acting Out" started again-they told me she was upset becaue of the new step-daddy and coming baby in her mom's house because she'd always been an only-child there,) and tells her the step-dad had been molesting her for about a year. She gave the step a chance to leave, called police 8 hrs l8r.dr. found phy. evidence.lies cont

Well you have legal grounds to ask the courts to give you custody or your daughter. Have her taken away for her mother. If you don't get a good lawyer and submit the evidence to the courts you can do nothing. You can also press criminal charges against the man that your daughter claim molested her. You have to do this as soon as possible. If your story is as you say it is, your Ex is incapable of protecting her daughter, I hope you can.

If you are not in B.R. then go there. Relocate give up your job where ever you are... Your daughters life is depending on you.

It is your responsibility to protect her now.....I hope you have the courage to go thru all this B.S you and your EX have started.

If you can document for about a month or so or even back track, and write down dates and incidences that have occurred with your daughter, and you can prove that your ex is "NOT" a good mother, you will have grounds for "soul custody"! When a child is put into harms way with a parent that is not doing their job properly, the state has every right to place the child in a good home. With you being the father, you will have your child in your custody. Start now before more mental damage is done to your daughter. Make notes now, start calling around now, get her in your care where she knows how to be a proper lady and respect herself and life. Her mother is not teaching her any values that are crucial in her life.

I would really, really try to get sole custody with no visitation from her mom. That sucks.
