Sounds like your parents put "protective" software on your computer.

well, seems like your parents has put a website parental lock that allows you to view certain websites but block the certain websites that your parents don't want you viewing.

or it could be a problem with your internet connection. contact your service maybe or ask your parents why you cannot view that certain website

go into internet options delete your temp internet files and your history. shut down internet explorer and try again
