Retarded, absolutely not! I think Bush really thinks about each and every decision he makes , and wants to make sure it is the correct one. That may be where his hesitation comes in , when he is trying to get through to the people about a decision he makes. Once he makes a decision , he sticks by it! No Polls for him!

Autism does not = impaired intelligence.
Bush does not have trouble being able to express himself...he just does so in an awkward manner for a public figure...which suggests that he is a person of average intelligence who killed off some brain cells drinking and coking it up and then got handed the Presidency of the United States because his dad was Pres. before him and we are not as far from Feudal English Kingdoms as we might want to believe.
