well my goal for today was to try and keep cool, only took a dip in the pool after supper to finally accomplish it. now i think my next goal will be to ask some questions that make people laugh, smile, think and then say what the heck and maybe jump in with an answer and to answer some questions that just reach out and grab me and say answer me b i t c h.

I am working on getting better at yoga by attending two classes a week and practicing a bit on my own.
I am also picking my spring long running race sometime soon. Gotta have a plan....
