Do a lot of reps. It builds muscle better than you think. Make sure you are doing a variety of exercises, not just curls. It will tone your existing muscle and burn fat making you more defined. You won't increase muscle mass, but you'll look good.

Your lack of weights does not have to keep you from building muscles. There are plenty of household items you can use to lift weights. A full Laundry detergent bottle, A gallon water jug filled with sand, Place a bunch of books into a laundry basket, 5 pound bags of sugar and flour. Use your imagination.

juz bye new weights! lol or u could juz lift the weights more often and u should get some muscles i guess. just become a member of a club. lol XD

it your female 15 lbs is pretty heavy for curls...try starting small like 5 to 10 lb depending on your strenght
