you are probably scaring him wih your many "rings and msgs". It sounds like you are stalking him after only three dates. Hold back on the contact. Let him come to you. If he's interested, he will. If not, then move on.

give him time, don't crowd him. Muslims are very prohibitive of homosexuality; he is feeling all kinds of cultual pressure which you and I never have to experience.
tell him how you feel and you understand how it is. then leave it there. if he can't date you, c'est la vie; there are a lot of guys out there.
I once considered dating a Muslim girl (yes, being bi can be a little disconcerting) and she told me flat out that she was not attracted to Indian boys but that her parents would rather have her be a spinster rather than marry outside of her ethnic group....life is tough.

Yes you did the right thing..If he wants you he will contact you...but if he wants you just for quick sex when it's convenient for him--move on ..you sound like a nice guy--you can do better.

Maybe he's not as at home with his sexuality as you are. He possibly doesn't want to admit it to himself and his culture is more prohibitive of it than yours. Give him time but don't chase him. There are plenty of nice guys out there who know what they want.

searching..,
I don't know how much emotion that you have in this, it sounds like enough. He's already made the choice. It's you that has to understand it.
