i went swimming with her and i saw that her boobs are already really big! (and she's really skinny too) and she has a lot of dark dark arm pit hairs too! is she lying to me or is it really possible that she didn't start her period yet?

It's not really any of your business either way.
But yes, girls develop at different rates. Some start their periods before they get breasts and/or body hair. Some develop in reverse with their periods coming first, then the breasts and body hair.
If you asked her, and she lied, then she's not comfortable talking about it, so leave her alone. If she's telling the truth, then she may tell you when she starts. If you have started yours, make sure you tell her what she can expect so that she knows that you are just trying to be a good friend, not a nosy one.

Some people don't start their periods until really late. There shouldn't be a reason for her to lie about that, so she's probably telling the truth!

yeah i think she's telling the truth. sometimes a girl's period comes later than her developing body. She may show changes in her body earlier, a menstrual period is not just the basis of a maturing teenage girl, it's only one of the indicators.

it is possible that she is telling the truth because evey girl is different. If u think she is lying then just ask her and she might tell u the truth, since she is ur best friend and all.

well how old is she? If shes already 14 then worry but if not then don't worry. I don't think shes lying 2 u.

well she could just be going thru puberty without the period becuz u dont have to have ur period in order to go thru puberty
