does anyone know how to check if someone has blocked you on google talk? I know there are programs that will check MSN etc but wondering if one exists for google talk

No there are no block checking programs created to check for google talk blocks.

I very much doubt that Google would let someone create something like this without treatening or actually taking legal action against the creators.
I can tell you now that Google Support wouldn't be allowed to tell you if someone has blocked you.
Best thing would be to eMail them?
