I had a bench trial and my client was charged with possession of marijuana and public intoxication. He was 18 years old. When the judge asked him where he had been going, he replied he was going to a friend's farm. The judge asked him what he was going to do on the farm and he said "drink beer." Yeah, we lost and he got sent to rehab.
