No, I don't trust anyone who claims to speak for God. And the "weak little monkey" comment has been reported.

No, know one can possibly think like something that is all knowing. Some people can claim prophecy, and I believe that some people are gifted with visions, but to speak for God is just immoral. No one knows what God's plan is for anyone or anything. When Bush speaks of God, at first I thought it was a geniune belief, now it's party politics. T.V. evangelisists are great, they prophecy, they actually look like they believe that they know the mind of god. But then the end of the show comes and they offer a book for 20 bucks. Not like poor people are the most desperate to seek some sort of salvation. So in a way, they use the voice of god for commercialism. No, anyone that says they speak for God, usually speak those words with a forked tongue.

The only person who can speak for God is you. Every word out of your mouth is the word of God.

No I wouldn't and I would have to believe that person was unstable and psychotic and prone to delusions. Apparently half of America would though as they did indeed vote for a man who thinks he hears the voice of God from time to time.

NO ONE on this earth can speak for God.
It's completely disrespectful, and makes them look like a complete moron. Period.

Hm... I'm careful about that kind of thing. I try to keep my sources (about what God says/does) limited to the Bible.

And God said, let us make men in our image and in our likeness. We have to distinguish between God and Satan. Satan came to still, kill, and destroy. who is the only one still doing that? building them towers of babel, I think we all know who satan and his angels are by now.
