I really like baby phat and roca wear and tons of things like that but right now my family doesnt have a lot of money so where can I find things like that but for cheaper?

try stores like gabriel brothers, tj maxx, rugged warehouse, value city, etc. they will probably have the brands you are looking for. consider calling a store like that in your area and ask when they receive shipments (on those days they have the best selections).
the best way to find good deals is by being a good shopper. even at nicer department stores, be on the look out for sales, promotions, and check out the sales racks.
you could also try an outlet mall if there are any in your area.

Loehmanns, TJ Maxx, Target, and several other stores. Target has started getting Luella Bartley, Paul and Joe, Isaac Mizraahi and for TJs and Loehmanns you never know what you are going to find!

Marshalls is pretty cheap, although some of the products are messed up. Like head holes are kind of small, and stuff like that. Generally it's pretty cool though.

Marshalls/T.J. Maxx are great places for cheap brand name clothes. You should also try J.C. Penny during a sale.
