Exterior: Black is really hard to keep clean, it always looks dusty and silver fades fast.
Interior: Black is very hot and I don't believe I have ever seen silver interior?
If I had to choose, like if my life depended on it, I would go for Black outside and Silver inside (if that's possible).

If you really like the lines of the car, go with silver. Black hides some of the design of the exterior, plus it shows dirt more easily.

Exterior - You could go with the Silver Gray Metallic and that would be a nice shade that would be between the gray and black (the best of both).
Interior - would be black.

BLACK BLACK BLACK!! with cc 17 all around window tint, except the windshield, smoked tailights, and black with chromed lip wheels. and tht would make a hell of a bimmer. interior red trim would complacent the black exterior nicely. problem is, black kinda hides many design cues, and it gets hotter a little, and if u dont like washing it often, it wont look black, but dirty. but high class cars look wicked in black. so black black black.!
