i was asking if it is 10am in the morning in the philippines what time is it in Canada at same time 10am

It depends which part of Canada that you mean. It has six distinct time zones: newfoundland, atlantic, eastern, central, mountain and pacific. If it's 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 26 in Manila, it would be 10:00 p.m. on Friday August 25 in Montreal (located in the eastern time zone). Use that as a base and make the adjustment for the time zone.
