If you have a small hole use HENRY'S wet patch. You can find this at Home Depot. Apply enough to coat the hole with a putty knife then place fiberglass tape over the hole. Put another layer of HENRY'S over the tape.

Tar and gravel, or re-heating the tar so it reflows to fill the cracks. There are special propane torches used by qualified roofers that do this. If you do it, be careful, since you could catch the roof on fire.

tar and gravel roofing repair company or use tar yourself cheaply. best thing however is to get a new torch-on roof. this requires special training and insurance to do properly, or your home could burn down!
