I'm using dial up with a local provider. I tried to install a phone with Bell South but they want me to pay a $400 phone bill from 1998 which I paid once and have the receipts which they don't want to see. But I use another phone company and am VERY SATISFIED with the service. I really can't afford DSL.

Cox. It's very reliable, except for when the power goes out. I would highly recommend it, and you can talk on the phone at the same time!

Using Charter cable.. two puters are connected by 'wire' and my laptop is wireless..
