Friends don't judge. I don't think it's too much, it looks like that's what most women who wear makeup use.

The number of products is fine. What may make it look like too much is how heavily she applies it. A light application is the right way to do everyday makeup. If she cakes it on, then it looks very obvious under bright lights.
It's her face, so if she is happy, then leave her alone. There are more important things about your friend than how much makeup she wears.
Maybe you could suggest getting makeovers together at a department store cosmetic counter for free. She could see the difference between how heavy she applies it and how light the woman applies it. She may like the look better and keep it. You may also find that wearing many different kids of makeup is not as bad as you think.
Cover up for blemishes, foundation to even out skin tone, eye shadow, eyeliner, and mascara to brighten and bring out your eyes, bronzer or blush to emphasis cheekbones, and lip gloss or lipstick for color and moisture.
It sounds like a ton, but in reality it's not when applied properly.

How old is she? If she's 13 and younger, and she cakes it on, yes, it's too much, but if she's like 14, and she doesn't apply like super much, it's okay. I wear about the same thing, skipping the cover up and bronzer, and I know a few people around 14 who wear that too, as long as it isn't too much, looks natural enough, it's cool.

No. It's not alot unless it's like caked on there and makes her face hard and fake looking.

Some people like alot of make-up more then the hardly any at all look.
Really a personal opinion.

No, that's not a lot at all. Its not about the quantity of products she uses but the quality. As long as she applies them correctly and she doesn't look like a made-up clown that's ok. Personally, I use foundation, mascara, concealer, lipstick, and eyeliner but I don't overdo it in the amount that I use.

it depends. i am a makeup artist so when i do makeup for shows, if they have a bold outfit, its best to overdue with makeup. but being in public, you should only use a thin line on the upper lid, if she overdoes it, tell her she looks like a racoon or panda. otherwise, she seems to be fine with the other make up items she uses

NOT AT ALL!
..just don't put too much.
If she is applying it lightly. leave her alone about.
I know you are trying to be a good friend...but you'll end up hurting her.
Are you jealous that you can't or don't wear so much make up?

I think it is, I tried using foundation and it just gave me alot of bad acne, now I only use eyeliner and lipgloss. Some girls just look ugly with alot of makeup.

no that is not too much makeup... really, when putting on makeup, it doesn't mattter how many things they put on, jsut as long as they don't cake it on. If your friend cakes it on, you should tell her to lighten the load a little bit.
