If you are moving & you want them to know this, then forever isn't necessarily goodbye. Phones, letters, internet....you can always keep in touch with ease. If you have a medical condition that is terminal, then it would be kind of you to discuss this with them so it doesn't come as a complete shock. It would be hard to do, but with loved ones, it would be the best thing to do. If you are thinking of more drastic measures, then might I suggest a hot-line of some sort. They are very helpful & can assist you in seeking not only counseling, but support and understanding. If you can see the validity of what they say, then again....you won't need to bid anyone farewell.

Maybe you could just have some kind of get together at your house . When they are all together just tell them your leaving, where you are going and why.You can suggest you keep in touch. It's a lot easier to do that as we know than years ago.Leaving friends behind isn't easy but since you care so much about them do it soon so you won't be constantly thinking about it.

Why would you have to do that? And if it's what I'm thinking dear God please talk to someone. Ziggy things are never as bad as we think they are, it may seem like it at this very moment but things do pass over and get better I promise. Hopefully this is not what your talking about, but if it's just because your moving or something, you NEVER have to say good bye to friends. I have some of the same friends since I was a baby and I'm 35 now. Some of us are thousands of miles apart. Take care and please don't do anything your family can't fix : )
