Yesterday in a meeting I began to say "I love it... it's fantastic (said somewhat like antonio banderas)" to every idea that I liked. Me and another Seinfeld fan decided that I was quoting Jerry from a Seinfeld episode, but could not determine which one. Our best guess was the episode where Jerry and Elaine are trying to set rules to maintain their friendship while still having sex. Jerry may or may not say it in response to one of Elaine's suggestions, like "Sleeping over is optional."
Please help us figure out what episode Jerry says, "...It's fantastic." It's driving us crazy!

It's from the episode when George is telling Jerry about his idea to extend the walls of the bathroom stalls all the way down to the floor at Yankee stadium. LOL
