does any one no where i can buy a dress like rose in titanic for halloween?

Ebay or thrift shops. Try taking different dresses and layering them and sewing them in the right spots. Also, she wears lots of dresses, so I can't help you specifically, but...that'd be an awesome costume!

The search I did turned up several places, but the dresses were $300+, a little much for a one time wear for Halloween.
Try getting a pattern and asking a seamstress how much she would charge to make a dress from the pattern. If you know someone who sews, ask them.
Try ebay or a costume rental store in yuor area. Just ask for 1910's dresses and big hats and you could get a similiar look.

Sewing shops also have patterns of all the various dresses she wore in the movie. I have most of the patterns. If you are proficient with a sewing machine, it would be prudent to do it yourself. If you have someone else sew it for you, it will be very expensive.

no but maybe u could make somthing like it-hey thats a good idea to be rose 4 halloween! or u could use bugjuice's idea and get it made.

i would try in vintage cloything stores , she wore several different ones but i think this is where you could start .
