Why would you be insulted by someone that is so ignorant that they can't tell the difference between a "honky" and a Puerto Rican? I'm only insulted that someone that stupid is allowed to walk around on this planet without any warning attached to them. We have to wait until they open their mouth to see how stupid they are and that we have wasted precious time even being around them. :)

A racial slur, is a racial slur. Whoever called you a honky was not only stupid by choosing the wrong slur, but he was a prejudiced racial fool (just my opinion).

My recommendation is that you laugh it off, concentrate on how stupid that person was, and how limited their world is and don't worry about the insult. Unless this was a co-worker or a superior. If so then they need to be reported and face discipline from their employer.

My opinion is that that's a appreciate difficulty. a similar reason someone from China ought to hate if some one referred to as them Korean. I used that because Korea and China in no way had purple meat to this point as i recognize, yet yet another get mutually is why some Black American human beings hate being referred to as African American. some human beings sense disrespected even as someone assumes or calls them a diverse ethnic crew and sense like that crew of human beings they were referred to as is below the ethnic crew they are. i actual am of mixture races Puerto Rican , and Brazilian being the Hispanic area of me and that i communicate Spanish yet i do not get mad even as human beings referred to as me Dominican or Afro Cuban because my tan skin and curly hair. i imagine all races have their united statesand downs and Hispanic races down part is that one ethic crew thinks their more beneficial valuable than yet another even as that's not actual we are all equivalent in basic terms communicate diverse dialects. maximum Hispanic countries have African impact yet they don't declare it.
