When I try to access my email from the new Beta version of the ATT Yahoo main web page, my email or the horoscopes will not give me the drop down menu to preview what is there before deciding to go into the web page. It was working fine and then just stopped, does anyone know just why this might happen? Or how to correct the problem?

Your ISP has nothing to do with what your web email beta version is doing. I would report the trouble to Yahoo! instead.
Since it is a BETA service, you should expect unannounced changes to functionality and for things to break every now and then... especially since Yahoo! developers are notorious for not testing their software before deploying it.
