I do the same at times you may be to excited, It may be your nerves just try slowing down thinking about what you will say before you do. And Try when alone meditating, focus do some things that will help keep you clam and relaxed try working out more, staying away from to much caffeine. Eat less sugar and write your thoughts down on paper maybe a journal. If all else fells it maybe anxiety (attack) but do not panic just means you have to much added stress in your life. Seek some medical attention if it starts to affect your sleep or eating habits. Take care
