Too much friction, not enough lubrication. Swelling and irritation will go down in time. If it is still irritated after a day or so, go see the dr. the first answer was most likely right. Also could be allergic to latex.

The simple fact that you don't know what an inner labia is and that you cannot put together that friction may cause some redness, and that the increased bloodflow engorges sex organs when aroused (hello, hard on!) shows that you're either too young or to ignorant to be having sex in the first place.
At least you used a condom. Some people just shouldn't go forth and multiply. Oh wait, you didn't put it on inside out, did you? Crap!

Yes, it was most likely caused by the dry condom. If she can take it, she can put some ice in a kitchen towel and apply it on and off for a while. It should definitely start going down on it's own by morning without doing anything, but ice will help it quicker. She'll be ok.

Could be, try a lubricated condom next time. Whatever you do don't have sex again until the swelling goes down and if it doesn't go down in a few days she needs to see her doctor.

Try a cool, wet cloth on the area and leave her alone for a few days! She may also have been iritated by the stuff that is on the condom. If it doesn't go away in a few hours then she needs to get treatment.

It probably was the drying condom. Could be a start of a yeast infection (which isn't really an infection at all).
Have her soak in a cool/warm tub of water in the bathtub. That will help a lot. No soap for now. Maybe a little mild lotion, like a baby lotion, nothing with a lot of perfume or alcohol in it.

Judging from the way this question was worded, I would say that your inexperience in the act has resulted in simple abrasion to her vaginal tissues. Just give it time to recover--which means a day or two of no more sex (do you think you can hold that long, buddy?). Next time use more lubication and be considerate of your girlfriend--ask her if she feels comfortable in that position or what does she want you to do.

It's happened to me before. Her inner lips (labia) are probably swollen because of chafing (friction) and dryness. Or either you were simply too large for her. Next time use more lubrication and take things a little slower.
