I work housekeeping at a nursing home and I've been feeling nauseous from the time I get up to the time I go to bed. I also have irratable bowel syndrome so I think that is adding to it. Really struggling with bending, reaching and obviously bathroom smells.

My oldest son was born 6 weeks early, but I was STILL vomiting several times a day up until the very day I had him. Since the delivery was an unexpected premature delivery I worked right up to the day before I had him (I was going to college and working at a pizza place at that time). I highly recommend to stay out of any type of food-related business when pregnant.
My second son was born right on time. He was a scheduled c-section and my last day at work prior to maternity leave was a
Wednesday and I had him 2 days later. At that time I worked in Layaway at Wal-Mart. His pregnancy was a little better- I was only sick the 1st 4 months. It does make it difficult working around a customer-based business when you feel so awful.
Now I am planning another baby. My youngest is 8 years old. I am now in a cushy management position. So, if I am as HORRIBLY sick as the last times- at least I'll have a trash can right by my desk!!! :)

I was sick the whole time I was pregnant but I was unable to work. I was put on bed-rest due to toxemia with my first pregnancy at 5 months and then put on bed-rest due to placenta abruptio with my second at 4 months.

I've always been nauseous when I was pregnant, but I still went to work until I was 7 mos. preg, when I showed signs of threatened preterm labor.
