When I was born..my eyes were a deep blue
and they stayed like that until I was about 2 and a half..then they changed to brown
Well..a few years ago..they changed to hazel...
bow Im noticing them being a dark green...
Why?
While I like the green better..I thought they stopped changing colors after being a few months old..

Wow that's sound interesting,I wish my eyes can change colors, but that eye changing color can be a birth defetc,or maybe chemical or eye burn, but I'm not saying dat because probably you was just borned dat way but man that would be so cool!!!

Nah...a lot of people have eyes that change colors...mine go between different shades of blue and green.

I guess it's like hair color...I was born blond, turned naturally to red, then to brown then to auburn and now...who knows what color it really is as I have been coloring it for years now.

No, fluctuations in your environment can cause fluctuations, and not necessarily eye color. Skin color changes, as well as hair color and even eye color (like you ^_^).

Where you live can affect it, such as temperature and/or amount of sunlight you get. If you're in the sun longer, hair will bleach, skin will darken, etc. Usually when it's warmer, the eye color changes, and when it's colder, it changes (as well as the hair and skin).

your body goes through changes every seven years maybe this has somethin to do with it... but if your eye color was hazel then that means that they change color also... my mother has hazel and they go from green to black and everything in between depending on her mood and what she wears..

The weather (amont of sunlight, temperatures...) can affect the pigmentation of your iris for many years to come..

It sounds like an interesting experience!

Now that you know that you like green better, get contacts of that particular color! (Althoug I'd personally keep the natural "multicolored" eyes..)

:-)

my 23 months old grand daughter's eyes still change....

if she wears an outfit that's pink or peach, her eyes look deep green

if she wears something white or beige, they look blue

if she wears yellow, they look brown, almost black....
