With guardian permission- 13-16

It varies from state to state. I live in Mississippi and here you can only get pierced if you're 18. But in Lousiana they'll pierce you if you're at least 16 with your parent's permission. So basically you should call and ask.

My mom said I could get my belly pierced when I was 13 now I'm 14 turning 15 next month and I still haven't got it pierced because I don't have the time.

I am pretty sure it is any age as long as you got permission... I dont think it is against the law if you got permission.
