What's the difference between a "structured twill sports cap" and an unstructured one? What do they look like?

A structured cap is just what it says. The material and brim are well formed, and are bought by size. They are not adjustable.
An unstructured cap is usually a more pliable material on the hat part, and has an adjustable band in the back for different head sizes.
A spots cap is a baseball style cap. You should know what they look like by now.
Twill is the material the hat is made out of.
