You are, to yourself. There is not one person in this world you could count or rely on to breathe, eat, move about, think, rationalize, choose, analyze, etc. for you. And if your choices and actions failed to produce the desired results you could always rely on yourself to make better choices the next time around.

What is the base of your question?
For you the reliability will be to join you in all your needs. For someone else the needs will be different.
Unless you say the base - such as Justice, Love, care etc. etc., there is no meaning in answering. Even after knowing the base, no one can answer it. So the most reliable for you is only a person of your world.
Do you believe in God? Even at times people will say God is not reliable because he didn't meet my needs that time.
But there is one person who can be reliable to all others. That is "you". Would you like to be?

the most reliable person in the whole wide world might be the stupidest. it's more reliable guessing what the most stupid response is than the most intelligent.
i leave out family etc. because love is reliable, but unpredictable.

It could very well be you! You know your strengths and weaknesses better than anyone. You know the boundaries of your heart and your emotions. You know when you have made good decisions. You know when your decisions have let you down. If you are asking the question, you have an inquisitive mind and probing for answers. If you are honest with yourself and can bring about change where it is needed, and improve your strengths where you can, I see no reason why you cannot be the person you are asking.

I would say Martin Luther King Jr. just because he changed the world with his thoughts and views. Not one african american gave up on him, they all fought for what they believed in and won for the cause. Now the world is changed and it is finally getting easier for blacks to be accepted in society now. That is why I think Martin Luther King Jr. is the perfect candidate for your question.

well, most people are reliable to a certain degree...
there is no one except oneself who could be counted on to come through on everything which one needs done. so, from my perspective, i am the most reliable person in the world, to myself, of course...
