Ok, I'm paranoid and suicidal. I think everyone is out to get me and always plotting.

I'm also very intelligent. I have a way of telling people what they want to hear especially doctors.

I have been on prozac for 13 years 40mg per day. I have been diagnosed with bi-polar and depression.

Ok, I think I am clinicly paranoid but If I tell my doctor will he believe me? See, just that statement is paranoid.

But can you be paranoid and now it? I am so feaking confused.

I have been so paranoid lately that I have pre-empted attacks on loved ones emotionally and have ended up with a restaining order and contempt charges.

Sometimes I just want to eat a freaking bullet and end it all.

slow down. you need to see your doctor and print this page and let him see it. maybe that will help him understand. if not talk to another doctor. with all the advances in depressive medications made in the last couple of years, there is probably something more suited to help you. whatever happens, don't give up. your life is the most precious gift you have. sometimes it may not seem that way but i assure you, it really is. you really need to see about updating your meds. your doctor may not keep up on the cutting edge meds. and if he isn't, you're not getting the best care for yourself. just try to stay cool and keep your chin up. all those who know you will understand in time. hope it helps.

Prozac for 13 years at 40 megs per day!!! Who prescribed that?
You ever check the side effects of that stuff? The PDR (Physician Desk Reference) will tell you all about Prozac. Your body has toxins; your mind is unstable, and the entire effect makes you confused and unhappy. Apparently you act out in an aggressive manner, so they pump you with more drugs. It is a vicious cycle. Well sometimes the only help you will get is the help you get yourself. It would be nice to go off to some retreat that will change your life, body and soul.

I think that you need to tell your doctor everything.
perhaps there is another kind of medication that can help you with your paranoia.
maybe even get another professional opinion and a different kind of medication altogether. There are many differnt medications available now. A different one may work better for you. Hang in there and please don't hurt yourself. There is always hope for a normal life. Maybe not as soon as I know you would like it to be. But there is always hope.
I really wish you luck. I hope you find some peace.
I don't think that there would be any greater fear than to be a prisoner of your own mind. God bless you.

can you go to another doctor? ask the new doctor for an anti depressant tablet to be taken daily. keep away from the family for a while so you can rest your mind from all that worries you about the family . go for a walk in the fresh air and find yourself a hobby which you enjoy , meet new friends , join a club and try not to worry about what you THINK people are thinking or saying about you .who cares what they think or say . be kind to your self . have a nice warm bath , read a nice book . write all your thoughts down in a book and read them over and over until you are sick of reading them if you get all your bad thoughts out of your head you will feel better write letters to people who have hurt you, telling them how it made you feel , but DON'T post them or give them the letters .you will be ok remember that. but please don't harm yourself or commit suicide it is not the answer .

Go check a doctor; he will believe you. Don't kill yourself because there are many people that love you. Just tell yourself no one is out to get you or plotting against you. No one has a reason to. You can be paranoid and know it. Remember there are people who care about you, including people over the Internet like me. Again, go and check a doctor. I hope you figure everything out and not kill yourself.

you really need to tell your doctor, and you know, with the suicidal thoughts you are having, you should do a 3 day psychiatric evaluation~ that means stay in the hospital for at least 72 hours so that he/she can get you on some meds that will help you.

the fact that you are here asking for advice means alot... it means that you want to be alive and that you want to be well.

don't worry about sounding paranoid, just tell your doc what is up...that is what they went to school for.

and if you cant tell your doc,~PLEASE TELL SOMEONE~

get the help you need~you don't have to suffer in silence.

Hello ,, of course you can be paranoid and know it, you just described it, you said you think people are out to get you. To me it sounds like your anti-depressant Prozac has started to fail you or given you anger for no reason, this can happen. If you are currently seeing a mental health specialist then please make an appointment asap and if you have any crisis hotline numbers please call them and talk thru this episode. Doesnt matter where you list as long as you are seeking help and answers,,, please do get help. Good luck to you.

here is a link to a group that you can post to and believe me they see this everyday, they will try and help you and its good to have someone anon to talk to.

Dude, chill it is all in your head, medicine is nothing more than a way to subdue you and hinder your natural intellect. Just remember this, not everyone is out to get you and not everyone is your friend. Sometimes your friends will **** on you. Not everyone that shits on you is an enemy. Life is hard but it is also what you make it and that choice is up to you, don't bite the bullet. Your life is worth so much more.

well, you said that you are bipolar- so I think you are starting your "cycle" of depression. You should be on an anti-depressant and definately talk to you doctor.

Anxiety as you described is completely normal, and your doctor should beleive you. If he doesnt, then you need to get a second opinion if you dont trust him.

dear god in heaven...you are on the wrong meds! get another doctor, tell all that you think and feel, and know that NO ONE is out to get you. that is just tv and movies. you are using negative self talk...you think you are hopeless and paranoid and confused. so you are. keep trying until you find a med that makes you feel normal. it takes some work, but keep telling yourself it is just brain chemistry, and you are basically ok. eventually some thing will work and you will be yourself again. please. i mean it. i went through agoraphobia and panic attacks and in the midst of horrible fear i knew in my core that it was just chemicals in my brain, and not real. and you know... it turned out ok. the right meds can make it ok...not like a fake you. but a real you without the unnecessary fear and anxiety. please hang in there and keep trying to be ok. it will happen. it's not like you will be a different person...you will feel like you without fear. please. keep trying. you will be ok. i promise
