It won't help braking cold but they should run a little cooler which will help keep the brakes effective after they get hard use.

Only if you are running brake pads from the 1960's. In the bad old days, brake pads would let out a gas when they got hot, and the holes were there to ventilate it. Nowadays the brake pads don't do this. So all the holes in cross drilled rotors do is remove heat absorbing mass, weaken the rotors, and cut up your brake pads like a cheese grater.

What to do depends on what problems you have with your current brakes. If they brakes overheat and start losing braking power, you can try high temperature brake pads or upgrading to larger discs. If they do not stop hard enough before the ABS kicks in, I would suggest putting on stickier tires - the amount the car can slow down is limited by the grip of its tires.

In my opinion, I would keep the car as original. Don't you think that a car like that wouldn't have the rotors from factory if that really would help at all? Hmmm, sometimes a car works better without making unnecessary changes. New brakes and a little adjust and drive on!!!

No it won't help it brake better, it just keeps the rotors cooler, for repeated braking. Better Braking comes with bigger rotors and dual piston calipers, like the ones that are on corvettes. Brembo makes a kit for the car you have. Costly but worth the cost for stopping.

Unless you are heeling and toeing it on a road course and really putting pressure on your brakes,NO Do not waste your money or if you got a drill press then D.I.Y. but no they will not do any better
