Does it need one? Astrology can invent its own rules, surely? What was Scorpio's regent before 1930? Why not go back to that?

Oh yeah I read about it today,I'm wondering 2 about that question,Man it's such a shame 2 see Pluto leaving the solar system,now we have 8 planet's! My Very Educated Mother Just Showed Us Nine Planets will be without the P Pluto and it's just gonna say nine at the end,they really gonna have to rewrite the textbooks,sorry that I'm digressing!
