um.... i would think.... precisely none.... as it's kind of asking how many breakdown recovery services offer someone to come out and turn the handle on your electric-starter-less car. I can't tell you the last time I used a computer without a CD burner (oh wait... yes i can... the disgustingly under-specced joke of a Dell at the Children's Hospital, which caught me out when i tried to burn a disc in it). You should be able to pick one up so cheaply now, that it would cost the company - and therefore yourself - more in terms of internet transfer costs & time, manpower, electricity and postage to create and send you the disc, than it would for you to get yourself a CDR drive.

even if you have to get an external USB one for a laptop, you could probably go out and find casual work that would allow you to buy one in the time you're waiting for Y!A answers to come in for this question. hell, you could almost earn it in the time it would take to send a CD's worth of info across a typical broadband upstream connection - a good proportion of *downstream* connections aren't up to single CD speed yet (i.e. 80 minutes to send 700mb of data), and for you to send it, typically you should factor it as being at LEAST four times slower.
