Having inner beauty. Yea a person may be good looking but it's how they are on the inside that counts. And the people who matter will notice that in you.

Kindness or empathy ; the ability to love . Once you realize a person is missing those qualities , you can never look at them in the same way again. No matter how good looking a person may be .Without inner beauty there is no outer beauty .

personality. A person could be the most beautiful person, (e.g. Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp) but if they are arrogant, a snob, etc they would just be the ugliest person to me in the whole world.

Outer beauty? Skin, I mean that the person have good skin not just have skin :) Inner beauty would be empathy.
