I will assume that you havent been married too long...or maybe less than 10 yrs at least. With that in mind eventually he will stop once he figures out it is getting him nowhere and just causing hard feelings for the both of you. Keep some beer on hand and let him know its there when hes lonely like that...im not advocating overdrinking but he needs some kind of release when hes uptight like that and you just want to be left alone. It took me about 13 yrs of marriage to figure that out...and ive been better off since. Sure, i still get uptight about it but forced sex is worse than no sex any old day.

Sounds like most of the answers you've read are from frigid women so I'll leave it at that. My question to you is how often do you you two get together? There may be underlying issues that you two need to address, but you haven't given enough info to properly comment on that. BOTH partners need to be there for eachother in areas of intimacy, but communication is the key! Talk to him and express your issues. Hopefully you can work them out together! Good luck!

Why don't you want to have sex? That's a big issue here. If you're too tired or too stressed, he needs to do something to make things easier on you. If you need some more romance to get into the mood, he needs to see to your needs so that you feel like seeing to his. But if you're withholding sex because you're angry at him, he's not the one with the problem.

Whatever the situation is, you need to have a long talk with your husband. During that talk you need to tell him, in plain English, what's bothering you. Don't make him guess or make the all-too-common assumption that if he really loved you you wouldn't have to tell him. Tell him as plainly as you say it when you're complaining about him to your girlfriends. Men don't speak the languages of Hint or Guess. We need Plain Talk. We really want to please you ladies, but in order to do that we need to know what you need.

Give him a guilt trip next time he refuses to something romantic for you. Or divorce him.

I suppose it depends on how often this happens. How often do you have sex? Is it often enough for him to feel that you still love him? Men feel accepted by the woman when they have sex. If you reject sex you reject him in his mind. You both need to have a serious discussion about how you feel and how to solve the problem.
