please don't purge.
its really gross.
and it damages your esophagus (throat)
makes your breath smell
and rottens your teeth VERY quickly.

Chemically, you need what's called an "emetic", which is a medication given to induce vomiting. There may be natural emetics you can look up online.
Otherwise, sufficient stimulation of the gag reflex should get you there, or using your imagination to think of something disgusting enough to make you throw up.

WHY? Throwing up is horrible. I had enough of that when I was pregnant with my three children. It wears the enamel off your teeth, and messes up your electrolytes.

well either u can watch someone else puke, and get grossed out to where u do it, get sick, or stick ur finger down ur throat. or cough so much that u just cough it up. but i never puke unless im sick.
