I don't know if it's what you are looking for but there is a product called Resolve Deep Clean Powder.Alot of people assume sprinkle on powders will clean your carpet when you vacuum but that is a myth. This product will actually help to remove stains and leave your carpets much cleaner than ordinary fresheners that you sprinkle on your floors. The reviews are great for it,and it's no more trouble than what you are probably already doing.Good luck!

You are looking for carpet freshener, but don't use them, they deteriorate your carpet and ruin your vacuum. The powder is to fine for the hepa filters most vacuums have now and clogs, making your vacuum have less suction. If you want to freshen your carpet you can use Febreeze, or just mix a Tablespoon or two of fabric softener with water into a spray bottle and lightly spray your carpets, you can also put a Tablespoon of baking soda into the fabric softener and water mixture to make your own Febreeze. Just make sure you shake it good so all of the baking soda dissolves.

Glade sells a carpet freshener. They come in many different scents you can find them at your local department store most likely by the candles or house cleaning products. Once you sprinkle it on the carpet vacuum and the room smells so good.
Hope you find a good scent.

Carpet freshener, i use Arm and Hammer pet odor powder and hair releaser. They have alot more brands and kinds and smells than the one i use. You can pretty much buy it anywhere, even your local dollar store. But in general, every Wal-Mart has it. You normally find it where you find glade plug ins and cleaning supplies.

Tiffany has it right - don't use the powders on your carpet.
Sometimes a linen spray works nicely, I have used the lemon scented ones which leave a tolerable scent. I don't like anything heavily scented myself.

There are plenty to choose from but you can find them in the cleaning aisles where you would find brooms and such. I use this one from the dollar store, it vacuums up very well and our entire home smells wonderful for a 3-4 days.

Baking soda. It's cheap and doesn't have perfumes. Sprinkle, leave overnight, vacuum.

Don't use the powder. It will ruin the carpet and your vacuum - call a professional carpet cleaner and ask about a chemical called Hydrocide - you can spray that on your carpet and it will make the carpet smell a lot better, plus it's made for carpet as well.
