i love them but i wanna know bout other groups wit a similar sound

No one sounds like Amy Lee, however, there's other Rock bands with female vocalist....
Lacuna Coil is always compared to Evanescence, personally, I like both, but like Evanescence better. Cristina Scabbia has her own sound too though...
Someone mentioned Flyleaf. I like them, but the lead singer (Lacey) sounds like Avril Lavigne (spelling??) to me, except the music is a lil' harder, & sometimes she screams.
Wicked Wicked is an awesome band. Not too many seem to know them or something, I don't know...but I like them...The lead singer is Jada Pinkett Smith, yep, Will Smith's wife...but don't let her fool ya...
Kittie rocks, but they're metal...and shouldn't be compared with Evanescence, so...
Otep is metal too, & can't even tell they have a female singer 99% of the time....so anyways...
Nightwish...I listened to a couple of their songs, & it's not exactly my thing...but to each their own....
That's all I can think of right now, sorry....

Not quite the same kinda music, Nightwish is symphonic metal with a much better singer, tho she is no longer in the band :(. .. .
Tarja Turunen was trained for classical and opera, works well with the music of Nightwish.
Lacuna Coil is also a very good band with a female vocalist.

Check out FlyLeaf. They are really good - also have a female lead singer. Enjoy!

I think they're really one of a kind. Not many rock bands have a pretty, light, female lead.
