me and my wife have little to no money to spend but want to go out tonight.

My husband & I are in the same type of boat, so I know how you feel, we are a new starting out family with children and little money but, you know what I have figured out that you really don't have to have alot of money in order to have a good time, here are few things you can think about doing:
I am not sure where you live but, there are always free concerts in the parks or festivals that you do not have to pay for to get in, but you can enjoy them all the same.
Then there is the fact that you can always have a picinc or a romantic walk on the beach, it's free.
And if you live near the city or in the city how about a drive to the down town are, there is always something going in the summer time near the down town part of just about most cities.
I hope thses few things are a help to you and your spouse......

You don't have to spend money to have fun. It really doesn't have to cost much or anything to get enjoyment out of it. Hey, just the fact that you and your wife are doing something together is awesome. Whatever yall decide on have a wonderful time.

* Beach
* Walk downtown or the central area of ur city/town
* Horse carriage ride
* Movie
* Dinner
* Beach (a nice bonfire would be perfect)

take a nice walk together hand in hand along the main hot spot street in your town and look at all the different people and maybe stop and have a coffee together
