Well, sometimes they ARE strange, when your a stranger. It really depends on the situation, and their personal fears and opinions, or it just may seem like that because of YOUR personal fears and opinions. I am sure that women can seem wicked, when your unwanted, but maybe it is because women know exactly why you are unwanted, hence, avoiding a potentially negative situation, or maybe you are reading too much into the situation.
