If I start exercising 5 times a week (running,elliptical,weights) for an hour starting september 1st..and dieting also (vegetables,chicken, whole grains,fruit)...how much weight would I lose by december 1st?

three months.... i'd say 25 pounds or more. Depends on your weight now.

If you're a lil over, that lil over will vanish. If you're about 300 pounds, you'll probably lose upwards of 50+

Depends on alot of factors. Your age, how close you are to ideal body weight, meds you are on,,ect..
But I know Weight Watchers say no more than 1-2 lbs a week.

When you are 125lb, it will be harder for you to lose the weight, than someone who is overweight. You certainly don't need to be losing more than 20lb maximum. I think 10lb would be a better target and more achievable. I think your diet and exercise plan is perfect. Take care : )

it depends what size you are now.
if you were 500 lbs you would lose a lot more
then if you were 180 lbs.
