No, Too many holes in the story and his Ex wife said she was with him the night of the murder, also his DNA does not match anything from the crime scene.

At first I thought definately not. But I have to admit the sentence he wrote in a classmate's high school yearbook and the initials used in the "ransom" note seem like too much of a coincidence.

While I am almost convinced that his hands did not kill JonBenet,
I think there is a slim possibility that he may have been present -or may have some first hand knowledge . Like I said "slim". There is a strong sense that he likes being involved in this child's' murder-whether or not he actually was .

dont know but i wish all these other child abducter murder cases got the same attention to me it seems more of an obsession of being close to her in life and death but you just never know whats the hold up with the dna results anyway.
