If you drink water everyday and no soda or if you have to 1 glass a day you will start to loose weight and look better. Try drinking water just befor you eat and you will not eat as much because your stomach is already full. But if you want to drink water and loose weight then you have to go to the bathroom alot b.c in order to loosed weight, the water that goes in has to leave if it stays to long that that is extra weight

Absolutely. Your body is mostly water and it needs a good supply everyday. Drinking plenty of water helps all your bodily functions work properly. This includes eliminating toxins that build up in the body. In time you should notice a difference in your skin and overall you should feel better. Don't forget to eat balanced meals with plenty of fruits and veggies too, as well as being active. It all works together.

well it'll make you look alive...for starters. It won't necessarily make you look beautiful, but it will make you look healthy. And you'll feel better. How much water are you thinking about drinking? Recent research is showing that you can drink too much water! Maybe 6-8 glasses is about right. Don't drink multiple quarts!

Well I believe it does, since 60% of your cells are composed of water. And believe it or not if you drink a gallon of water a day for 35 days or so it actually helps clear your skin and diminish fine lines in your face. Because they cells on your skin become once again plump and filling in the dents that create wrinkles.

Drinking 6-8 glasses of water is good for you, It helps makes your skin healthier, and it prevents pimples. Soda and other drinks can give you cavities. Thats why i stick with water!

Possibly, it cleans out all of the impurities that filter through your body and kidneys, from being non-diluted by sweeteners, teas, protein, etc. I believe clean non-diluted water has a positive charge that attracts de-ionized particles. I don't believe it will change the molecule setup of your skin or body very much, but will make you feel better, thus look better aura wise.

Drinking water (keeping well hydrated) is good for your colon and your skin. When you are not well hydrated your skin tends to be dry and scaly which, obviously, is not attractive. I have read this in many women's magazines. It is a well publicized fact.

it makes skin tighter....reducing wrinkles and because you're going more often it helps lose weight...keeping hydrated.....
i know an 80 year old guy that looks 40-50 and he drinks his 8 glasses of water a day....it's great for you
