what is the name of this orange guy?

he was a puppet guy. possibly w/ glasses and a blue and white hat. was he named gilbert? in a recent question that i asked about this people said he was in the show pinwheel but i dont think that is the right orange guy. he has very skinny arms and legs. maybe overalls. he may not have had glasses but he looked nerdy. possibly on nick
