why does it matter? why do people from the north act like their crap doesnt stink? get over it. its not the state that you come from that makes you act the way you do. you get rudeness wherever you go. people are rude in south america, china, africa, england, as well as in california, texas, arizona, florida, new york. get over it. just turn your back and forget them.
but drop this tennessee crap. its so old. ive heard so many jokes over the years, act your age and focus your energy on more productive things, like helping the world with this war before it gets out of hand, instead of wondering why people in tennessee are so rude.
thank you.

This is really absurd. The people in TN are real good people. I am an Asian Indian and was sharing room with a Tennessee native who was really nice to me and his friends were good too. My neighbor was a very nice couple with whom I used to cook Indian cuisine chicken and went to pool with their family. As a matter of fact their family is pure Southerners. I even visited their parents in a near by suburb before I left Tennessee. TN people, from my understanding speak from the heart, straight to your face. If you do not like to meet people who speaks the truth, you don't have to call them mean. I suppose you are used to people who act in front of you

You can't come to the conclusion all people from TN are mean just because of a few instances with people who are rude. Could you be coming across as rude and people are only reacting to you?
