I have 99 Four door Chevy Tahoe. Is the anyone who also has the same vehicle that has had a car seat to fit properly. Both the ones weve got do not fit properly...I need some answers that have been tested and known to work. Thanks for all the help.

Ha ha...well since im getting alot of the same answers. Im a police officer, I know how to install it properly but I need to know a specific brand that someone has used for a rear facing, they fit correct foward facing...they both are designed for both ways.

I like Graco brand best because not only do they make carseats that face front and in the rear, but they also fit snuggly in a stroller, too! It is called a travel center. It's very cool and so easy to use. Definitely Graco.

Go to your local fire department or police station. Most places have acess to carseat safty stations. If they can not get your carseats to work properly sometimes they can replace them free of charge. I got 2 new carseats for my girls throught this program.

Take it to your local fire department or police station - someone there will be able to install it for you and show you how to correctly install it for your car -

we took ours to the fire dep and they got them fixed in the car .do that.
